Anti-war group to hold rallies opposing extending Iraqi deployment
SEOUL, Sept. 24 (Yonhap) — A South Korean anti-war organization plans to hold rallies on Saturday to oppose a government plan to extend the deployment of South Korean troops to Iraq.
Demonstrators from Korean People’s Action against the Dispatch of Troops to Iraq plan to gather in front of Seoul train station on 3 p.m. to demand the government withdraw the troops.
